Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected by Corporación Peruano Alemana de Consultoría y Desarrollo Industrial S.A.C. (“KPA”) through this website, what it uses them for and what rights you have over them. Processing is governed by Peruvian Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.

What data we collect
- What you give us in the contact form: name, email address, company and the content of your enquiry.
- What you write to us by WhatsApp or email, if you use those channels.
- Basic technical data generated by any visit to a website (IP address, browser type), logged by our hosting provider for security and aggregate statistics.
We do not collect sensitive data and we do not request financial information through the site.
What we use them for
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the quotation you ask for.
- To follow up commercially on that enquiry and keep the history of the relationship.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations when the enquiry leads to a transaction.
Google Maps. The home page embeds a Google Maps map showing our location. The map is not loaded until you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page; when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). KPA does not receive that data. If you choose “Essential only”, the map is not loaded.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising, and we do not send bulk emails unless you expressly ask for them.
Consent
By ticking the box on the form and submitting it, you authorise KPA to process the data you provide for the purposes described above. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time by writing to ventas@kpaperu.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
How long we keep them
We keep your enquiry for as long as the commercial process lasts and, if it leads to a sale or a service, for the periods required by Peruvian tax and commercial law. If you ask us to delete it and there is no legal duty to keep it, we delete it.
Where they are stored and cross-border transfer
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a provider with servers outside Peru, which also stores the messages sent through the contact form. Our corporate email runs on Google Workspace. This involves a cross-border transfer of personal data to providers that apply security and confidentiality standards. By accepting this policy you consent to that transfer.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It only stores two local preferences in your browser: the language you chose and whether you accepted loading the Google map. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of information, access, update, rectification, inclusion, objection, cancellation and objective processing by writing to ventas@kpaperu.com, stating your name, the right you are exercising and a means of contact. We will reply within the periods set by law.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may turn to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the updated version at this same address, with its new update date.
Languages. KPA S.A.C. is a Peruvian company; the Spanish version of this policy is the only authoritative one. This English version is a courtesy translation.
